Submitted request forms will be completed during normal business hours (Mon-Fri; 8am-5pm) in order according to your upgrade priority window and time received.
NOTE: If an increase in payment is necessary due to additional seats, change of section or change of day of week and time, payment will be processed using the same method of payment provided for your original renewal. If you are currently on a payment plan, your new seats will be added and any additional charges will be processed at time of upgrade. Any decrease in ticket value due to downgrading to a lower price section will result in a refund to the same method of payment within 5-7 business days of your transaction.
