Account Credit

Subscribers may apply account credit to new orders using the steps below.

1. Choose an event/plan to purchase tickets.

2. Click on the interactive seat map to select your seats.

3. Click on your shopping cart in the upper right corner to view your cart, then hit Checkout.

4. Sign in to your account.

5. Select the mobile method of delivery. (All season tickets are mobile.)

6. Select your add-ons for parking and/or Stage Left Lounge, then hit Continue.

7. At payment, select “Apply $XX in credits towards purchase.”

8. Select your payment option, Pay in Full or Payment Plan.

9. Add a payment method and accept Terms and Conditions.

10. Click Submit Order to complete your purchase.

11. To find out how much you have in account credit, visit your main Account Manager screen, where your balance will be displayed.
