Ticket Policies

Cancelations, Refunds, and Exchanges

All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges except in the case of an event cancelation. The following policies apply to single ticket purchases:

  • If your event is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, including account credit to be used for future show purchases, or refunds upon request.
  • If your event is canceled for any reason, including local and state government restrictions, we will always exhaust every option possible, including account credit to be used for future show purchases, or refunds upon request.

Shows and dates are subject to change. Some fees may not be refundable. Ticket policies are at the discretion of Chrysler Hall, SevenVenues, and Broadway In Norfolk, and may be changed at any time.

Reselling of Any Type of Ticket

Ticketmaster is the only authorized sales platform for Broadway in Norfolk tickets.

Broadway in Norfolk (BIN) does not permit the purchasing of tickets for the sole purpose of reselling them. Tickets purchased by persons that BIN believes are purchasing solely for resale may be canceled, including without refund at any time. BIN does not permit the reselling of tickets in excess of their face value price through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of TM and BIN. Violations of this provision by you, your Guests, or another Patron may result in revocation of all tickets held in your name or in any account, including credit card account. BIN and the Producer will not be responsible for counterfeit tickets purchased from unauthorized ticket resellers. Lost or stolen tickets for which replacement tickets have been issued will be voided and not honored. To address improper resale and counterfeit ticket concerns and otherwise, BIN may implement any necessary procedures for tracking ticket transfers and purchases, including but not limited to a paperless ticket system which may require the ticket holder to present the credit or debit card used for purchase prior to admission.
