Subscription sales for the current 2022/2023 season have ended. Subscriptions for the upcoming 2023/2024 season will become available once the season is announced in the coming weeks. To be notified when subscriptions go on sale, sign up for our e-newsletter (select “Broadway”).

The renewal deadline for the current 2022/2023 season has passed. If you were not able to renew your seats in time, we’d love to help! Please reach out to our Season Ticket Office and we will be happy to assist.

Subscribers can currently exchange or buy additional tickets for CATS, COME FROM AWAY, HAMILTON, and JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR. No code is required when changes are made in Account Manager.

There is no charge for changes made in Account Manager. Changes made over the phone will incur a $3 service charge per order.

Subscribers are generally renewed into their same seats and day of the week for the new season, with a few exceptions based on show dates and availability.

If your dates or seats have been altered for any reason, you will receive a personal communication from us via email and/or phone during your renewal period to ensure the changes meet your satisfaction.

  • Payment plans are available to subscribers.
  • Secure the best seats. Your season tickets will be automatically reserved year after year, but you can always opt out, upgrade, or make changes at your convenience.
  • Subscribers can purchase confidently knowing their tickets and shows will be handled appropriately in response to changing conditions.
  • Flexibility to exchange your tickets into another performance of the same show – pending availability.
  • Your personal Account Manager allows you to upgrade, change, and view your subscription at your convenience.

The option to select a payment plan for the 22/23 season has passed. More information on payment plans for the upcoming 23/24 season will be provided when the season is announced.

Parking pass upgrades for all Broadway in Norfolk shows are available for season subscribers to purchase. Reserved parking is located on PL2 of the Scope Arena garage and allows for elevator access directly into the Chrysler Hall lobby.

Stage Left Lounge upgrades for all Broadway in Norfolk shows are available for season subscribers to purchase. This exclusive experience features early entry to Chrysler Hall, two complimentary beverages, and a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

Broadway in Norfolk is not requiring proof of vaccine or a negative test for entry but is encouraging masks for all patrons, both vaccinated and unvaccinated.

Please log in to your Account Manager dashboard. Note that you will need to first log in with the email address we have on file, before making further changes to your account. If you are unsure which email address is on file, please contact us at seasontickets@broadwayinnorfolk.com.

Once logged in, select your name from the top righthand corner, and choose “My Profile.” Then, simply make any contact info changes necessary. Be sure to scroll down and hit save when you’re done.

Downloading your mobile tickets to your smartphone’s wallet app allows a quick, convenient place to access your Broadway in Norfolk tickets. To access your mobile tickets, login to your Account Manager dashboard from your smartphone’s mobile internet browser. This may be Google Chrome, Safari or another browser you may have previously installed. Then, follow the steps below.

1. Select ‘Manage My Events’ from the Quick Links Menu.

2. Tap the Event to view those individual tickets.

3. Tap the seat under the “My Tickets” listing to view the ticket.

4. Tap the ‘Add to Wallet’ or ‘Save to Phone’ button.

5. Then, tap ‘Add’ to save the ticket to your smartphone’s mobile wallet.

6. After you’ve saved a ticket, swipe left on your screen to navigate to the next ticket.

7. Repeat the process until you have saved all of your mobile tickets.

To access your mobile tickets at the event, simply open your phone’s mobile wallet and tap the ticket.
