How do I renew my subscription?

Will I keep my same seats from 21/22?

Subscribers from the 21/22 season have been renewed into their same seats and day of the week for the new 22/23 season, with a few exceptions based on show dates and availability. If your dates or seats have been altered for any reason, you will receive a personal communication from us via email and/or phone during your renewal period to ensure the changes meet your satisfaction.

What if I want to upgrade or make changes to my subscription?

Subscribers will receive access to exchange/upgrade their seats on a show-by-show basis. Please be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox for alerts as to when your exchange/upgrade periods begin.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

• Payment plans are available exclusively to subscribers.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Subscribers (both new and renewing) will have the option to select a payment plan during checkout.

If you select the payment plan option, one-fourth of your invoice total is due at renewal/purchase, with the remaining amount paid in 3 additional installments on June 25, July 25, and August 25.


Can I add parking to my package?

Parking pass upgrades for all Broadway in Norfolk shows are available for season subscribers to purchase. Reserved parking is located on PL2 of the Scope Arena garage and allows for elevator access directly into the Chrysler Hall lobby.

Can I add Stage Left Lounge to my package?

Stage Left Lounge upgrades for all Broadway in Norfolk shows are available for season subscribers to purchase. This exclusive experience features early entry to Chrysler Hall, two complimentary beverages, and a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

Please log in to your Ticketmaster Account Manager dashboard My Account | Broadway in Norfolk (ticketmaster.com) utilizing the Sign In instructions included here: NEW SIGN IN – Broadway in Norfolk. Note that you will need to first log in with the email address we have on file, before making further changes to your account. If you are unsure which email address is on file, please contact us at seasontickets@broadwayinnorfolk.com.

Once logged in, select your name from the top righthand corner, and choose “My Profile.” Then, simply make any contact info changes necessary. Be sure to scroll down and hit save when you’re done.


How do I download my mobile tickets?

Downloading your mobile tickets to your smartphone’s wallet app allows a quick, convenient place to access your Broadway in Norfolk tickets. To access your mobile tickets, login to your My Account | Broadway in Norfolk (ticketmaster.com) dashboard from your smartphone’s mobile internet browser. This may be Google Chrome, Safari or another browser you may have previously installed.

Then, follow the steps below.

1. Select ‘Manage My Events’ from the Quick Links Menu.

2. Tap the Event to view those individual tickets.

3. Tap the seat under the “My Tickets” listing to view the ticket.

4. Tap the ‘Add to Wallet’ or ‘Save to Phone’ button.

5. Then, tap ‘Add’ to save the ticket to your smartphone’s mobile wallet.

6. After you’ve saved a ticket, swipe left on your screen to navigate to the next ticket.

7. Repeat the process until you have saved all of your mobile tickets.

To access your mobile tickets at the event, simply open your phone’s mobile wallet and tap the ticket.
