New! Four-show packages for spring 2025 shows are now available. Prices start at just $212; prices vary depending on your seating selection and day of the week. Packages include TINA – THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL, MJ THE MUSICAL, MAMMA MIA!, and PRETTY WOMAN.

Renewals for the upcoming 24/25 season ended on April 19, 2024. If you did not renew your 23/24 season ticket package by that date, your seats were released.
If you’re a 24/25 season ticket holder, you’ll receive information about renewing for the 25/26 season in spring 2025.

There is no charge for changes made in Account Manager unless you are choosing seats at a higher value. Changes made over the phone will incur a $3 service charge per order.
Subscribers are generally renewed into their same seats and day of the week for the new season, with a few exceptions based on show dates and availability.
If your dates or seats have been altered for any reason, you will receive a personal communication from us via email and/or phone during your renewal period to ensure the changes meet your satisfaction.

- BUY BEFORE THE PUBLIC. You’ll receive early access to buy tickets for all shows, including any new shows added throughout the year.

- LIFE HAPPENS. Dates don’t work for your schedule? Something comes up? You can exchange your tickets for a more convenient date of the same show (pending availability).

Yes! However, payment plans for the upcoming 24/25 season have come to an end. Payment plans will be offered for upcoming seasons.
Please note that payment plans are not offered for the 4-show spring 2025 mini packages.
Reserved parking can be added to any Broadway in Norfolk season ticket package. Reserved parking is located on PL2 of the Scope Arena garage and allows for elevator access directly into the Chrysler Hall lobby.

Stage Left Lounge can be added to any Broadway in Norfolk season ticket package. This exclusive experience features early entry to Chrysler Hall, two complimentary beverages, and a delicious selection of hors d’oeuvres and desserts.

Once logged in, select your name from the top righthand corner, and choose “My Profile.” Then, simply make any contact info changes necessary. Be sure to scroll down and hit save when you’re done.

Downloading your mobile tickets to your smartphone’s wallet app allows a quick, convenient place to access your Broadway in Norfolk tickets. To access your mobile tickets, login to your Account Manager dashboard from your smartphone’s mobile internet browser. This may be Google Chrome, Safari or another browser you may have previously installed. Then, follow the steps below.
1. Select ‘Manage My Events’ from the Quick Links Menu.
2. Tap the Event to view those individual tickets.
3. Tap the seat under the “My Tickets” listing to view the ticket.
4. Tap the ‘Add to Wallet’ or ‘Save to Phone’ button.
5. Then, tap ‘Add’ to save the ticket to your smartphone’s mobile wallet.
6. After you’ve saved a ticket, swipe left on your screen to navigate to the next ticket.
7. Repeat the process until you have saved all of your mobile tickets.
To access your mobile tickets at the event, simply open your phone’s mobile wallet and tap the ticket.
