If you don’t like the new 23/24 season, you can request a full refund up to 30 days after the season announcement (until March 30, 2023) by calling or emailing the Season Ticket Office.
*Click the INVOICE tab at the top of the page to select the initial invoice. The credit card used to pay the deposit will be the same card used to auto-renew and pay the remaining installments. You can change this card at any time by contacting the Season Ticket Office.

- 1/4 of remaining balance auto-paid on 2/28/23
- 1/4 of remaining balance auto-paid on 5/15/23
- 1/4 of remaining balance auto-paid on 6/15/23
- 1/4 of remaining balance auto-paid on 7/15/23
By enrolling in Auto-Renew: Your Broadway in Norfolk season tickets will automatically renew yearly until you cancel. Prior to our season announcement, we will send you an email informing you of the date you will be charged about a week before the charge is made. Because the cost of a season ticket may change, the amount you will be charged each year will be posted on our website on the date of the season announcement, a date that varies from year to year.
You may cancel the Auto-Renew enrollment anytime by contacting the Season Ticket Office at 877-703-8144 (Mon-Fri 10-6, Sat 12-6) or emailing SeasonTickets@BroadwayInNorfolk.com. If you cancel Auto-Renew, you will be prompted to renew the following season.
