Upgrade / Change Window Now Open!
Already renewed, but want to request an upgrade or change? (Switching dates, switching price levels, adding seats, etc). All 25/26 season ticket holders may now request changes.
You may exchange or add additional seats at no charge using Account Manager. No code will be needed. Please note, orders placed over the phone will incur a $3 service charge per order. Because of the anticipated volume of requests, we recommend exchanging online. Utilize the step-by-step instructions below to make your own exchanges online!
If you do not want to make any exchanges or add additional seats, there is no action required. You will retain your current seat locations.

LIFE HAPPENS. Dates don’t work for your schedule? Something comes up? You can exchange your tickets into another performance date of the same show (as availability allows).
*There is no Tuesday performance planned for & JULIET. Tuesday evening package holders have been automatically placed in the Thursday matinee, but may exchange into any performance of their choosing (pricing may vary). Please contact the Season Ticket Office with questions.
