It’s time! Auto Renewals for the upcoming 25/26 Broadway in Norfolk season are happening now.
The new season will be announced in late February 2025!
Already signed up for Auto Renew? Thank you! You will be among the first to access season seat upgrades/changes when the time comes in late spring 2025. Rest assured: You’ll also receive ongoing email communications about your Auto Renewal — be sure you’re keeping an eye on your inbox! Please ensure we have your correct contact information on file by logging in to Account Manager. Need to update your card on file? Please contact the Season Ticket Office no later than January 24, 2025.
If you don’t like the new 25/26 season, you can request a full refund up to 30 days after the upcoming season announcement, by calling or emailing the Season Ticket Office. The new season will be announced in late February 2025.
Auto-Renewal Disclosures
By enrolling in Auto-Renew: Your Broadway in Norfolk season tickets will automatically renew yearly until you cancel. Prior to our season announcement, we will send you an email informing you of the date you will be charged about a week before the charge is made. Because the cost of a season ticket may change, the amount you will be charged each year will be posted on our website on the date of the season announcement, a date that varies from year to year.
You may cancel the Auto-Renew enrollment anytime by contacting the Season Ticket Office at 877-703-8144 (Mon-Fri 10-6, Sat 12-6) or emailing SeasonTickets@BroadwayInNorfolk.com. If you cancel Auto-Renew, you will be prompted to renew the following season.
