
If you Auto-Renewed with us for 25/26, thank you! You can learn more about the new season here.
Accounts who enrolled in Auto-Renew will be charged on the 5th of each month (beginning 3/5/25), in six total installments through August. You can view your invoice and show details by logging into Account Manager below.
If you don’t like the new 25/26 season, you can request a full refund up to 30 days after the upcoming season announcement, by calling or emailing the Season Ticket Office.
Auto-Renewal Disclosures
By enrolling in Auto-Renew: Your Broadway in Norfolk season tickets will automatically renew yearly until you cancel, provided a $10 deposit was made by 2/11/25. Prior to our season announcement, we will send you an email informing you of the date you will be charged about a week before the charge is made. Because the cost of a season ticket may change, the amount you will be charged each year will be posted on our website on the date of the season announcement, a date that varies from year to year.
You may cancel the Auto-Renew enrollment anytime by contacting the Season Ticket Office at 877-703-8144 (Mon-Fri 10-6, Sat 12-6) or emailing SeasonTickets@BroadwayInNorfolk.com. If you cancel Auto-Renew, you will be prompted to renew manually the following season.
