You know you’ll renew for next season, so why not make it easy and let us do the work for you? If you have previously signed up for Auto-Renew, you will also be among the first to access season seat upgrades/changes, and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the 6-installment payment plan.

Auto-Renewal Disclosures
Your Broadway In Norfolk Season Tickets will automatically renew each year unless canceled. Because Season Ticket pricing may change annually, the amount you will be charged will be posted in your account when the new season is announced. On the Season Announcement date, you may log into your account to view the upcoming shows and the total cost of your Season Tickets. Your payment method on file will be charged seven (7) days after the Season Announcement. If you wish to cancel your tickets for the 2026-2027 Season, please contact the Season Ticket Office within 30 days of the Season Announcement. If your card has already been charged at the time of cancellation, a full refund will be issued. You may cancel the Auto-Renew enrollment anytime by contacting the Season Ticket Office at 877-703-8144 (Mon-Fri 10-6, Sat 12-6) or emailing SeasonTickets@BroadwayInNorfolk.com. If you cancel Auto-Renew, you will be prompted to renew manually the following season
